Watch every active window

The GOAT plan publishes a short allowance, a weekly allowance, and a monthly allowance. Reaching any one can pause included paid-model usage until that window resets. A monthly total alone will not explain a short-window block.

Display each percentage with its reset time. That turns the limit into a planning signal rather than an error at the end of a long prompt.

Model price changes the pace

Command Code publishes estimated request counts by model, but those estimates depend on typical token patterns. A long context, low cache reuse, or large output can reduce the number of tasks your window supports.

Separate plan usage from extra credit

When included limits are reached, purchased credits can keep paid models available. Those credits follow different economics and should be visible as a fallback balance, not blended into the subscription meter.
