Try Super Notchy in your own workflow. If it isn’t a fit, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund

Contact [email protected] within the 30-day window. Include your order reference and the email used for the purchase so the order can be located. You do not need to provide passwords, API keys, or private conversations.

This policy covers the amount paid for Super Notchy, including applicable refundable taxes. It does not cover separate AI subscriptions, provider usage charges, or other third-party purchases.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are submitted through the original checkout provider to the original payment method. The time until the money appears depends on the payment provider and your bank. We do not charge a separate refund or restocking fee.

Checkout provider and merchant of record: ThriveCart handles checkout; the seller and merchant of record is Amit Arora, and payment is taken by the payment processor connected to ThriveCart.

After a refund

A refunded purchase no longer carries the paid license entitlements associated with that order. Any license deactivation process must follow the final license terms. This does not limit rights independently granted by an applicable open-source license.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary 30-day policy is in addition to any cancellation, refund, or other rights that apply under consumer law. It does not reduce rights that cannot legally be waived.
